We had a small issue on our way home from vacation and went by here at the recommendation of a waitress at cracker barrel. Roland was outstanding and helped take care of the problem and wouldn't take a dime for it. Glad to see there are such great people still around.

Can’t say enough great things about this business. My AC went out for the first time and Roland was able to take a look at it / fix it within a day. Not only a great turn around time, but at a great price. The customer service there is 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend for any car service needs.

I pulled in at 5:00 PM the day before Christmas Eve with a completely dead alternator, fully expecting bad news. Instead, these gentlemen went above and beyond in every possible way. They stayed late, got my car fixed, and truly saved the day. I had my two kids with me, who were scared we were going to be stuck right before Christmas. I was literally crying in the parking lot out of pure gratitude while they worked without hesitation. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion meant more to me than I can put into words. This wasn’t just great auto service — it was genuinely good people helping a family when we needed it most. I will never forget what they did for us, and I will recommend Smokey Mountain Auto Service to everyone I know. The best of the best.

Roland has been a dear friend of the Penley Clan since he opened the doors of Smokey Mountain Auto Services. He and his team have help GranLloyd with farm trucks, tractors, and even lawn mowers.
